Raw materials, components, and finished products are inspected in compliance with AQL MIL-STD 105E Level II Major 2.5 and Minor 4.0. All these contribute to a qualification rate of over 99 percent, a complaint rate of less than 1 percent and a repeat order rate of over 95 percent.
We have a monthly capacity of 20,000 items at our 15,000-square-meter factory. We have a professional R&D team composed of four to five engineers with an average of over 10 years' experience. They work tirelessly to release one new item every two months, with 80 percent of the molds developed in-house. And, by working closely with a number of research units, we are able to roll out more innovative products featuring higher reliability and nicer exteriors.
